ERGON IV was founded as an architecture book publishing enterprise in 1999.

With the invaluable help of the editors, the then amateur publisher presented to his country’s scientific sector the restored, monumental and historical,

architectural wealth of Greece, in a manner which had not existed up to then and has not reappeared up to now in the domestic market.

Next to the technical descriptions, there are analysis and proposal plans, detail drawings, archive photographs, construction site pictures,

perspective plans, as well as floor and section ones, facades, completion depictions; visual material which presents the methods,

techniques and special applications used, all captioned in English.

The books constitute a tribute to the restoration works that the editors made known with professional consistency and great respect.

The digital presentation and availability of each one of the contributors’ works, separately, has now been selected for the latter to remain alive, as they deserve.
